The office handles ticket sales and passenger check-in for a wide programme of tours, including half-day Tokyo sightseeing routes, full-day excursions to Mount Fuji and Hakone, and seasonal itineraries that change throughout the year. Hato Bus is renowned for its knowledgeable guide service, and the Shinjuku departure point is a favoured alternative to the busier Tokyo Station hub for visitors staying in the western side of the city.
