The cocktail list is original, with every drink built around a different style of sherry, and the back bar holds more than thirty sherries and a short list of sherry-cask whiskies.\n\nThe room is small and intimate, with mostly counter seating, warm lighting and a low hum of conversation. Signature drinks change with the season, but the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man and the 1984 whiskey cocktail are repeat favourites.
