Aiam is a Japanese beauty brand flagship store on the B1F of LUMINE EST Shinjuku, relaunched in September 2025 as an expanded version of the brand's first ever outlet. Founded by Aiam Inc. with the concept "I am me, happiness is always decided by my heart," the brand centres on the idea that fragrance can mark different chapters of life, and the Shinjuku store is its most fully realised expression. The store carries the brand's signature "chapter" fragrance series in ten scents, alongside body and hair care, room fragrances and accessories. Each chapter is designed around a powdery, nostalgic base note, and customers are encouraged to layer scents to express their own story. The expanded Shinjuku space allows for a more immersive exploration of the full collection, with testers, consultation areas and limited-edition gift sets that make thoughtful souvenirs. LUMINE EST Shinjuku is directly connected to JR Shinjuku Station's east exit at 3-38-1 Shinjuku. Store hours are 11:00 to 21:00 on weekdays and 10:30 to 21:00 on weekends and public holidays.
