Shinjuku Ni-chome
Japan’s densest gay nightlife district, south-east of Shinjuku-sanchome. An area of bars and clubs. Locals and regulars first. Do not file it as a mall or as generic Kabukicho.

About Shinjuku Ni-chome
Shinjuku Ni-chome is a few blocks of bars, clubs, and restaurants east of Shinjuku-sanchome Station and south of the Isetan block. It is the densest gay nightlife district in Japan. People who drink here treat it as their neighbourhood, not a spectacle. By day it looks like ordinary Shinjuku side streets. By night the doors open. Write it as an area. It is not Kabukicho (north of Hanazono) and it is not a shopping building. Respect house rules, covers, and who a bar is for. Use kanko-shinjuku.jp for civic listings. Do not scrape club flyers into mall-style tenant pages.
